This was my first time going to a Swallow Tail event and wow! What a unique/fun experience. This specific one was hosted at a church hall to celebrate food, music, and wine (a great combination ^^).

We were first escorted to the top of the hall that overlooked the dining area and sat enjoying some well-known string pieces and wine from the bar. People sat chatting while others shuffled in later to join the fun. Finally when anticipation levels were at their highest, we took our seats at the 4 long tables.

Chef Robin Kort had created a 4 course dinner with a wine pairing to go perfectly with each course. (I only tried the first wine since my body seems to reject reds and in turn..makes me really red.) read more »
