I posted about El Caracol Cafe a long time ago, back when I first started this blog in February.
Since then, I’ve learned a lot about taking better looking food pictures, so I figured I should do the pupusas justice by having some to go and take pictures at home. I’ve also changed a bit in the way I write, so it’s interesting to look back and read.
Ripped open the pupusa to show the cheese, meat and beans.
Topped up with salsa and curtido that they provide you in small plastic bags.
