Had a dodgeball team meeting/dinner just last week, and with summer almost close, we barbequed up some food to enjoy.

Ellie also prepared some bibimbap at my request.

Bibimbap may be my most favorite Korean food, I don’t know why. Usually served in a hot stone bowl, it’s rice topped with a mixture of vegetables and chili pepper paste.
