Food and photography in Vancouver, BC
Continuing with the use of Lemon Balm (I made tea before), I made some pesto to go with pasta.
Didn’t have any parmesan at home….or pine nuts. So it was pretty basic, just olive oil, lemon balm leaves and some garlic.
Toss it into some pasta, yum. First try was light.
Second time was a little more intense, I added some frozen seafood mix and made Greek Salad.
<-Even got some reflector action going on here, can you tell?

Yep, it’s chicken on the first plate. Don’t even have to eat the pasta hot..mm..
