Had a dodgeball team meeting/dinner just last week, and with summer almost close, we barbequed up some food to enjoy.
Ellie also prepared some bibimbap at my request.
Bibimbap may be my most favorite Korean food, I don’t know why. Usually served in a hot stone bowl, it’s rice topped with a mixture of vegetables and chili pepper paste. Usually ground beef and an egg in the middle are added. When it’s served the proper way in a hot stone bowl, the bottom layer of rice gets all crispy and golden brown, yummy.Clockwise, from the plate of celery, brocolli & carrots, bean sprouts & spinach, ground beef, mashed potatoes, potatoe/egg salad, stirfried zucchini & carrots and panfried eggs.
Take the above ingredients and top up your bowl of rice. Top with bibimbap sauce, you can buy it at any of the Korean supermarkets like H-Mart or Hanahruem.
Mix and enjoy! Yummmmm.
